2. Personalized Coaching
Refunds for personalized coaching services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
3. Relationship Masterclasses and Marriage Enrichment Programs
- If you are unable to attend a live masterclass or program, you may be eligible to receive access to a recorded version or reschedule to a future session.
- Refunds for these services are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues on our end that prevent you from participating.
4. Community Membership Fees
Membership fees for any community programs or subscriptions are non-refundable once the membership period begins. If you wish to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
