Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, online courses, and printable tools, are non-refundable once the download link has been provided. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned” after they are accessed.

If you experience issues accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us through our live chat platform and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Personalized Coaching

Refunds for personalized coaching services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.

3. Relationship Masterclasses and Marriage Enrichment Programs

  • If you are unable to attend a live masterclass or program, you may be eligible to receive access to a recorded version or reschedule to a future session.
  • Refunds for these services are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues on our end that prevent you from participating.

4. Community Membership Fees

Membership fees for any community programs or subscriptions are non-refundable once the membership period begins. If you wish to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Physical Products (30-Day Return Policy)

Life Connection Hub also offers physical products such as apparel, accessories, card games, gifts, and other relationship-focused items.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible physical products.

5.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Product must be perfectly sealed, not opened, torn, or damaged

  • Returned in the original packaging (where applicable)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Refunds will not be issued for physical products that are:

  • Used, worn, or altered

  • Damaged due to customer handling

  • Not returned in their original condition

5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
