One very important thing to focus on in order to Learn How To Make a Powerful Prayer  is the Mighty Works that God actually performed among His people. Recall the acts in Exodus when He was taking the Israelites out of Egypt. He performed Ten Powerful Plagues that have never been seen before in the entire history of Egypt. He later performed one of the greatest miracles in the beginning of the Bible, the separating of the red sea such that the Israelites had to walk on dry ground! Imagine, holding the waters by a strong wind until all the Israelites had crossed over to the other side. This was a point in their lives they really thought all had been lost and they had given up. The sea was in front of them and the Egyptians were coming angrily after them. The human mind could not tell them of a possibility to get out of there. So when in prayer, remember of such a scenario, especially if you are at a place where you really do not see any other way, you are at a point of giving up and do not actually know what else to pray for apart from a way out of a situation. Remember this. Then have confidence because you know you are praying to the very same God who is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever more.

Knowing How much God loves you

Let us now focus on the love part of God. I will start by referring to Isaiah 40:11, He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them close to His heart. Jesus is the good shepherd and all of us are His sheep or lambs. These verse tells us that He carries us close to His heart. Every time there is a mention of God’s heart in the Bible, it is always followed by that is how He cares or loves His people. The bible says that God is love. And no human being can ever comprehend the amount of love He has. He is not quick to condemn as the human mind may try to fool us, but He shows you what is wrong lovingly and immediately corrects us in a loving way. He even goes further to tell you how long the correction will last. He says in Hebrews 12:11 For the moment, all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of Righteousness to those who have been trained by it. So the discipline only lasts for a moment.

In the beginning of the chapter, Hebrews 12, Paul begins by describing this discipline as a loving gesture from the LORD, that this should even be taken with joy because it shows that the LORD has accepted you as His child. In Proverbs 5, Solomon says the Father’s love is always behind the discipline. I have talked about the discipline part because that is mostly what confuses the mind of a human being and makes him question The Love of God.

It is God’s desire that people actually Know How loving He is and get to experience it in their lives. It is so unfortunate that many people actually die without experiencing a Personal Love From God. But one fact is true, no matter what religion one may be, everyone on earth has experienced the general love of God. The air we breathe is from His love, the sun we busk in is from His love, this beautiful world we enjoy is because He made it and placed us in it, the Bible says He sends rain to the just and the unjust and most importantly, He sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die for everyone’s sin, yes, everyone on earth no mater which Religion you are. So that is only The General Love of God. But God wants His people to experience His love in a personal way and the only way one can do this is by establishing a Good Relationship with Him.

So if you go with a strong conviction in your mind that God loves you very much and is very concerned about your worries, then you will make a very good prayer based on a Strong Faith. He says come ye all that are heavy laden, and I will give you rest Mathew 11:28, cast all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully] 1Peter 5:7 (AMP)
