When you Take Time To Meditate about this life, you will find out that most of the years lived here on earth, are spent with a life partner and family. According to research, The Average Age for Couples To Marry is twenty-eight years (28 years) for a woman and thirty years (30 years) for a man. Statistics from the Bible show that God has given each and everyone in this life an equal lifetime of one hundred and twenty years (120 years) Genesis 6:3 . When a man marries and thirty, he is supposed to live with the life partner for ninety years (90). Likewise, a woman is ideally supposed to live for eighty eight (88) years with a life partner (This information is based on the above assumption of statistics). We can see that it is therefore very crucial for one to take time to invest in finding a good life partner. That is a very long time to live with a person. In fact, you live more with a life partner than you live by yourself. But How Would You Know If Someone will truly stick out with you through life until the very end? Till Death Do You Part?
You must first understand Ecclesiastes 1:2 (AMP). “Vanity of vanities! All that is done without God’s guidance is vanity, futile, meaningless-a wisp of smoke, a vapor that vanishes, merely chasing the wind.” Anything that is done without God will never bear fruit. Remember Jesus said, I am the vine and you are the branches, if you remain in me and I remain in you, you will bear much fruit; but apart from me you can do nothing! So How Do You Find A Good Life Partner? You involve God all the way in finding one, you let God do it for you.
Let us break this down:
- God says in Jeremiah 32:27, Behold, I am the God of all flesh, is there anything that is impossible for me? There are eight billion (8bn) people in the earth. The LORD whom you pray to is the God of all those people. He is the Father to all, created all and knows all people by their names. He knows just The Right Partner for you without a second guess.
- God says that He examines the hearts of men. And He knows what everyone thinks at any given time. Isn’t that amazing? God can differentiate the fake people from the real ones really fast. God can make you recognize a wolf in sheep’s clothing. A man or woman may seem desirable in one’s eyes, but that is only the outer nature of this man or woman, only God can examine the heart and tell.
- God is Eternal. He knows the end of something from the beginning. He knows the answers to questions that have not yet been asked. He is the Alpha and Omega which means the beginning and the end, all at the same time. In Genesis, He predicted the slavery of Israelites to Abraham that was to take place in two generations after, and was about to last for four hundred years! He says in Isaiah, “Come and I will tell you the things to come”. With that strong foundation laid, this implies that God already knows whether your Life Partner Will Stick With You at all times until your old age or not! He already knows. Hence it is very crucial to involve God and ask Him if this person you are imagining to be a life partner will truly stick it out with you before you progress things further. No one wants to invest time, emotions and love in someone only to be left at one time in life. The Vows Of Marriage that end with Till Death Do Us Part, it is only God that can see that through.
- Finally, God is the one who chooses the best companion. In Genesis He said, it is not good for a man to stay alone. He made Eve out of Adam’s rib and gave her to him. Adam was very much pleased. Let God Choose The Life Partner For You, trust me, He will give you the best! You will forever live a life of thanksgiving.
